FEES 01/2018

These fees shall apply, unless the parties have at the time the assignment has been accepted agreed separately and in writing otherwise:

1. Preliminary negotiation and actions on the basis of time used 200,00 EUR + VAT 24 % /hour (including VAT 248,00 EUR / hour).

2. For any single action the minimum fee is 15 minutes.

3. Travelling expenses and daily allowances according to actual expenses and the guidelines of tax authorities.

4. Copying 0,50 EUR / page.

5. Other expenses according to actual expenses.

6. Prices include VAT 24 % (to the extent not otherwise indicated).

7. In case the value added tax rate changes during the assignment, the prices shall change accordingly.
